A massive congratulations to Issy Morris (DEW, 11-17) Ion her selection to this years Wales Triathlon team at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Welsh triathlete Isabel Morris told BBC Sport Wales: "It's hard to put into words how much it means, I was away from the racing scene for about two and a half years, the Commonwealths will be my sixth triathlon back.
"Glandular fever was the first thing and relative energy deficiency. I'm coming back to the sport as a new athlete who is hopefully more robust.
"It's been amazing, I've got a new perspective with racing, all you can do is your best and hopefully my results show I've improved from changing my mindset."
