Dear Old Breconians,
I am very pleased to be able to share with you the latest edition of 'The Breconian', another super edition from our terrific team. I very much hope you will enjoy reading about the school you find in its pages.
As I start to pack up my office, I especially want to thank you all for your ongoing support to your school and for your great company throughout my time as Head.
The question I am most commonly asked at the moment is, 'How are you feeling?' I find it very hard to capture. My time at CCB has been a very happy one. I will always be grateful to CCB for educating my children with such care, for the community that has supported me so generously, and to the governors who firstly appointed me and then guided my leadership with both clarity and lightness of touch - a hard balance to strike.
Christ College is a very special place that will forever stay in my heart. Godspeed to her, the pupils, the staff and all those in the Old Breconian Association.
Yours,
Gareth
