The Class of 2010

On another glorious Brecon evening, it was a pleasure to host another reunion on Saturday 20 May. As a result of Covid restrictions in 2020, the ten year reunion was inevitably delayed and numbers were small, but additional news of intervening years made the evening all the more enjoyable. There was much conversation about past times and new lives. We were pleased to see them and hear about how they are doing in their present careers.

A nostalgic trip into the Chapel was much enjoyed, with some robust hymn singing adding to the occasion. Adding to the evening was a slideshow of photos from 2003-2010, featuring photos of Alway, ‘Dazzle’, ‘Honk’, team photos, House photos and Leavers photos.

With the delaying effect of Covid restrictions still taking a toll on such gatherings, there is one further ‘double reunion’ next year, with the Class of 2011 reunion planned to take place in the same month as the Class of 2014 reunion. Keep a look out for communications that confirm the dates and keep the date.
