Many Old Breconians will know of Physics teacher Mr Clive Thomas as someone who has never shied away from a challenge. Having already completed the iconic Land's End to John O'Groats journey twice in recent years, Clive is no stranger to endurance adventures.
In July he will be taking on an extraordinary personal challenge that promises to be his toughest yet. At the grand age of 67, Clive will attempt his own version of the UK Three Peaks Challenge - climbing Yr Wyddfa (Cymru), Scafell Pike (England) and Ben Nevis (Scotland), while cycling the approximately 500 miles between each mountain!
Clive is undertaking this remarkable challenge to raise funds for two causes close to his heart. The Brain Tumour Charity and Christ College Foundation.
We wish Clive the very best as he prepares for this incredible test of determination, resilience and spirit. Please join us in supporting his journey and these worthy causes.
